PDG de MEXLAW est diplômé de l'Université d'Ottawa en 1982 et membre du Barreau du Québec depuis 1983 et pratique occasionnelle du Barreau de l'Ontario. Sa carrière s'étend sur plus de 35 ans, période pendant laquelle il a intenté des poursuites en matière civile devant toutes les instances devant les tribunaux canadiens. Il a également été entrepreneur et a participé à de multiples transactions immobilières et négociations commerciales. Il est avocat et chef de la direction de Tibshirani Avocats, un cabinet d'avocats respecté à Montréal, Canada.

GERARDO GONZÁLEZ

Biographie

Avocat et associé principal de Mexlaw; Diplômée en droit de l'Université Interaméricaine pour le Développement à Mérida, certifiée en anglais par le Britannia General English Program (Vancouver, Canada). Son expérience comprend: avocat d'entreprise, droit du travail et notaires. Il s'est développé comme conseiller juridique et analyste juridique à Mérida, dans le Yucatán. Il a été récemment certifié par l'Association nationale des notaires Mexicains, pour sa participation au séminaire de “Legislative Fiscal Update”.

Depuis 1984, il exerce en cabinet privé puis depuis plus de 18 ans dans des cabinets d'avocats de moyenne et grande envergure du Québec. Il est spécialisé en droit commercial, en litige bancaire, en faillite, en restructuration d'entreprise et en levés de capitaux pour les «Start-ups». Il a travaillé en tant que directeur de nombreuses organismes privées. Vice-président de Sawnode Technologies Ltd., une entreprise de fabrication située à Québec, où il vendait des produits spécialisés aux fonderies d'aluminium primaire au Canada, en Europe et au Moyen-Orient. Diplômée en droit en 2006 du campus de l'Université Iberoamericana de León, Guanajuato. Elle s'est spécialisée en notariat à l'Université de Guanajuato.
